The composite steel grid is a product that is composed of a steel grid with a certain spanning capacity and a checkered plate with a sealing surface. It is widely used for platform walkways or equipment installation and manhole closure with large span and need to be sealed. It can be composed of any type of steel grid plate and patterned steel plate with different thickness. The most commonly used is the combination of G323/40/100 type steel grid plate as the bottom plate and 3mm or 4mm thick diamond plate.
