The composite steel grid is a product that is composed of a steel grid with a certain spanning capacity and a checkered plate with a sealing surface. It is widely used for platform walkways or equipment installation and manhole closure with large span and need to be sealed. It can be composed of any type of steel grid plate and patterned steel plate with different thickness. The most commonly used is the combination of G323/40/100 type steel grid plate as the bottom plate and 3mm or 4mm thick diamond plate. Our company improved the welding process and galvanizing process, and successfully galvanized the whole steel grid plate and checkered plate after welding, and did not deform after plating, thus ensuring that the galvanized layer of the composite plate was not damaged.
